The staff is attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Some guests found it a bit outdated but others consider it accurate for a five-star guesthouse. Unfortunately, some online trails lead guests to believe that it is a five-star country house hotel which it is not, however, it has secured a 5-star rating. Amidst the pandemic, the hotel is run under a fairly strict regime but guests who comply with the rules have a great time. Plans to stay at Tyn Rhos Country House are already underway for some guests whose sons will be attending a university in Bangor.
