However, some guests found the hotel overpriced for families. If you're looking for a relaxing weekend with the girls, this hotel could suit you, but disabled access and facilities are not very good. Some guests also experienced issues with family swims - despite being told that there was no need to book, they later found that they did need to book a slot. Lane swimmers during the family swim time were also not appreciated. Despite some small issues, guests had a great stay with their families and the hotel was perfect for groups of adults. If you're visiting during a busy period where there may be weddings and family reunions, don't expect there to be enough staff behind the bar to keep up with demand.
