Villa Paris Orly delivers a convenient and comfortable stay for travelers, particularly those in transit or with early flights from Orly Airport. The hotel's prime location, bolstered by complimentary frequent shuttle services, ensures easy and hassle-free airport access, while connecting guests to major highways for travel across Paris. Although the area lacks extensive shops and entertainment, nearby essentials like a gas station and bus stops are within reach. Guests appreciate the tranquil environment, spacious rooms and modern amenities which offer a peaceful retreat after a long journey.
The breakfast at the hotel earns high praise for its substantial and varied buffet, featuring a range of fresh and delicious items. Many guests find the breakfast to be plentiful and satisfying, though some note areas for improvement such as the freshness of the pastries and the need for better replenishment of items. Despite inconsistencies, the welcoming and polite breakfast staff add to the positive experience.
Dining options near the hotel garner mixed reviews due to the lack of an on-site restaurant. Some guests appreciate nearby conveniences like a close restaurant, a gas station with snacks, a small Total store and a shopping center with delightful options. However, the closure of a nearby Courtepaille restaurant and the early closing times of other eateries are points of frustration. The hotel does provide prepared dishes at the reception as a convenient, albeit pricier, alternative.
Rooms at All Suites Appart Hôtel Aéroport Paris Orly are frequently complimented for their spaciousness, cleanliness and modern amenities. Guests appreciate the well-equipped full kitchenettes, adding to the accommodation’s functionality for both short and extended stays. Soundproofing ensures a peaceful night's rest despite proximity to the airport. However, minor issues like outdated conditions, occasional bad odors and maintenance lapses are noted.
Cleanliness reviews are varied but generally positive with many guests highlighting well-maintained rooms and common areas. Some reported issues include stained carpets, mold in bathrooms and inconsistent cleaning services, though these were not prevalent.
The hotel staff consistently receive high marks for their friendliness, professionalism and helpfulness. Specific staff members are noted for their kind demeanor and attentiveness, contributing positively to the guest experience. However, there are occasional mentions of inefficiency and unresponsiveness among some staff members.
WiFi service at the hotel is generally appreciated for its fast and reliable connection, particularly in rooms. However, inconsistencies in coverage with some areas experiencing poor connectivity, are a noted concern.
Parking is available but comes at a cost and with limited spaces, often filling up quickly. Guests appreciate the secure and private nature of the parking but advise booking in advance due to high demand.
The beds and bedding receive high praise for their comfort, contributing to a good night’s sleep. Despite occasional criticisms of sofa beds and pillows, the general consensus is that the beds add to the overall pleasant experience.
As a three-star accommodation, the hotel offers good value for money with affordable and spacious rooms, a convenient location and friendly staff. Minor issues such as ineffective air conditioning and chaotic check-in processes are noted but do not overshadow the overall positive experience.
For guests with disabilities, the hotel provides accessible features including shuttle services, wheelchair-friendly rooms and accessible facilities and equipment. The quick repair of occasional elevator issues ensures continued convenience for all guests.
In summary, Villa Paris Orly is a practical choice for those seeking convenience and comfort near Orly Airport, offering good value with its modern amenities, friendly staff and strategic location.
