Novotel Senart Golf De Greenparc presents itself as a 4-star establishment, but a number of reviews suggest that it struggles to meet the expectations associated with this rating. Despite the hotel's potential to offer a pleasant experience, several aspects have drawn criticism from guests. Concerns have been raised about the overall cleanliness, as evidenced by problems such as dirty staircases and the presence of a cold cigarette smell in bedrooms. The temperature control within the rooms also appears to be lacking, with some guests finding it too cold.
The facilities and services seem to fall short of what is typically expected from a 4-star hotel. Issues such as broken elevators forced guests to carry their luggage up several flights of stairs. Additionally, interactions with the staff were reported as unprofessional, and the dining options were disappointing, with some guests noting an uninspired menu presentation.
While there is acknowledgment that the hotel has potential and is generally nice, guests repeatedly express that the current offerings do not justify a 4-star rating. Overall, the reviews recommend significant improvements to align with the standards and expectations of a 4-star hotel experience.
