Despite being located at the top of a hill, the hotel is a comfortable and clean retreat with hospitable hosts, comfortable rooms and free run of the joint facilities. Guests can enjoy a 5-star experience with the English Resort Classic ambiance of the hotel. Although some guests had minor complaints regarding the size of the TV or the lack of towel rails in the bathroom, they still found the stay to be superb and very homely. Visitors appreciated the effort made by the staff to make them feel welcome and would highly recommend the place to others. However, some guests suggested that the hotel should provide more breakfast options like porridge and a wider variety of berries. Overall, Kersbrook Guest Accommodation is a lovely place to stay for a relaxing vacation or get-away.
