False advertising couldn't be farther from the truth, as the hotel definitely lives up to its four-star rating. However, some guests were not impressed with the breakfast selection and felt that it was the worst they'd ever had. One guest even had issues with a broken air conditioner but was ultimately disappointed with how the staff handled the situation. Despite these minor drawbacks, Rizzan Sea Park Hotel Tancha Bay has still left many visitors completely satisfied and eager to return.
