The hotel's breakfast options are mixed with some guests raving about the wide range and well-presented food, while others were disappointed with the cooked breakfast and service. The two main dining options offered by the hotel are well received with some describing the fine dining experience as exquisite, although some felt the Armada menu was overpriced. The hotel's rooms are generally comfortable and well-appointed, although some in need of refurbishment. The hotel's cleanliness is noted to be excellent with COVID-19 cleaning procedures being adhered to extremely well. The staff provide outstanding service and cater well to families with flexible options for children's activities.
