However, the hotel makes up for this with its beautiful location and beach area. Guests can enjoy excellent swimming in the sea right off the hotel's "beach" area which has plenty of beach umbrellas. The easy access to the sea for swimming is ideal for those who enjoy a dip in the cool waters. The area for swimming in the sea is perfect and the hotel also has a private and nice seaside for swimming. Although the beach area can get crowded and is considered too small considering the size of the hotel, guests are only a short walk away from the old town. Negative reviews focused on the beach bar servers seeming more interested in chatting with young women on the sun deck than serving guests at the table, but otherwise, the location, facility, food and beach were highly rated. Note that there is no beach, but rather a couple of vertical ladders to the sea. Overall, Rixos Premium Dubrovnik is a great option for those looking for easy access to the sea and don't mind not having a traditional sandy beach.
