КП ДР Готель boasts an exceptionally convenient location in the heart of Drohobych, making it an ideal base for exploring the city's key landmarks and historical sites. Guests appreciate the central positioning, allowing for easy access to the urban atmosphere and the added convenience of private parking facilities.
The hotel offers clean and renovated rooms, particularly the deluxe suites, which are noted for their spaciousness, cleanliness and pleasant balconies. Essentials such as shampoo, shower gel, soap, a kettle and a refrigerator are provided, contributing to a comfortable stay. Many guests find the large and comfortable beds with fresh bedding conducive to a restful experience with the overall quietness of the rooms often highlighted.
Despite these positives, there are certain areas where the hotel could improve. Guests have reported issues with cleanliness, pointing to stained and odorous linens and poorly maintained bathrooms. The absence of an elevator and occasional problems with room heating and maintenance also detract from the overall experience. Wi-Fi connectivity is another critical issue with reliable internet access being sporadic and mostly confined to common areas.
The hotel staff generally leave a positive impression, praised for their friendliness and politeness. The reception team is particularly recognized for their warm and welcoming demeanor. However, some guests have encountered delays and less-than-exemplary attitudes from certain administrators.
Overall, КП ДР Готель provides an affordable and convenient option for travelers, especially those opting for deluxe rooms. While certain drawbacks exist, such as inconsistent cleanliness, maintenance issues and unreliable Wi-Fi, the hotel's prime location, comfortable beds and predominantly pleasant staff contribute to a largely favorable guest experience.
