The outdoor pool is a beautiful addition to an already impressive hotel with a nice and clean pool surrounded by stunning gardens and an outdoor terrace. However, some guests have experienced inconveniences such as a lack of hot water, leaking toilet and empty minibar and some have found the breakfast to be modest or not as diverse as they would like. Additionally, some guests believe that the hotel is more like a three-star hotel and does not live up to its advertised four-star rating.
