The hotel boasts a well-managed and above-average environment with wonderful cleanliness and the staff is a shining example of hospitality done right with guests consistently raving about how friendly, helpful and accommodating they are. The spa and pool are amazing attractions with guests indulging in the spa experience for an unparalleled level of relaxation and rejuvenation and enjoying the stunning pool area. The hotel is also family-friendly, offering activities for kids. While the majority of guests praised the beyond comfortable beds and comfortable linens, some guests had negative experiences with the beds with some finding them outdated and lumpy. Overall, guests had an unbelievably easy and enjoyable experience at the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort and Spa.
