The Best Western Wein- und Parkhotel offers a mixed experience for its guests. Positive points include a very good breakfast that many find reflective of its 4-star rating, alongside friendly and accommodating reception staff. Guests also mention the hotel providing good value for money and room sizes that meet expectations for a 4-star establishment. However, some aspects of the hotel fail to meet the anticipated standards. Numerous reviews highlight that the quality of the rooms and services feel closer to a 2 or 3-star hotel rather than the advertised four stars. Specific complaints include the closure of the SPA, which impacted the rating and the dinner service, which only operates on Saturdays and does not meet 4-star expectations. There are also mentions of rooms not being as described, particularly with issues related to air-conditioning and bathroom standards. Overall, while the hotel does have strengths, particularly in breakfast and staff service, it appears to fall short in consistently delivering a 4-star experience.

FAVORITE Parkhotel I Spa - Business - Fine Dining seems to be a hotel that boasts of its excellent facilities and services. Guests who have stayed there have applauded the hotel for its beautiful location in the park with a view of the Rhine River. They have also commented on the hotel's stylish and modern design, which adds to its appeal. Guests are delighted with the cleanliness of the rooms and some have even described the hotel as "recommendable." Others have praised the cuisine as "excellent," but unfortunately, some have disputed the pricing. Some guests feel that the hotel is pricey and the services do not match up with the price. They strongly believe that the hotel's best days are long gone and that the 70s era has left the building with too little justification for its four-star rating. Although some guests reported a few minor issues, Favorite Parkhotel remains to be a beautiful hotel that one can visit for a relaxing weekend.
