Summary of reviews related to the 'Accessible' categoryHotel Adler has received mixed reviews concerning its accessibility for guests with disabilities. The hotel's location is noted as easy to find and it provides good accessibility to Ravensburg. Parking in front of the hotel is accessible and check-in times are straightforward. Rooms on the ground floor are easily accessible with suitcases and overall the hotel is described as very accessible, though there are significant caveats.
Unfortunately, the lack of elevator availability is a major drawback, severely affecting those with mobility issues. In some cases, the elevator was not only absent but also out of order, posing further inconvenience. This makes the hotel unsuitable for wheelchair users and there were several reports about the outdated, worn facilities and very cold rooms, particularly those in the basement. Additionally, some entrances had large steps, creating tripping hazards and hampering autonomous access.
Though the rooms are somewhat small and come with small, dark bathrooms, they are clean. Lastly, the breakfast area and lack of accessible common areas seem to overshadow the positive accessibility features, leaving certain needs unmet.
