Hotel Ever Spring in Penghu offers a mixed experience to its guests, combining an old-fashioned charm with attentive cleanliness and a friendly service approach. While the hotel's exterior and surroundings might not be its strongest point due to ongoing construction, guests have noted that despite its age, the property is kept clean and orderly. The rooms are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness which is appreciated by visitors.
There is an undeniable sense of nostalgia in the hotel's design, showcasing its remodeling efforts. However, this charm comes with some drawbacks, as facilities within the hotel, particularly in the bathrooms, seem to hold back on modernization. Issues such as outdated bathroom equipment, clogged showerheads, and inadequate toilet arrangements do affect the overall comfort.
Although the hotel provides an interesting stay at a reasonable price point, guests have often remarked on the limited room facilities and encouraged exploring nearby areas like the Wenkang shopping district for more diverse local culinary experiences. Nevertheless, the hotel's friendly staff and the focus on maintaining cleanliness help balance some of the shortcomings associated with its age.
