Located right on the beautiful private beach with easy access, it offers convenience and excellent views. Guests love the convenience of being close to the water and enjoying the ocean view. Although, guests are upset about having to pay $35 extra for chairs on the beach. The hotel itself is clean and basic but offers everything you need to enjoy your beach holiday. In addition, the location of the hotel is excellent; close enough to surrounding attractions yet far enough from Gulf Shores traffic and congestion. The private beach was perfect with a great view and guests appreciated the hotel setting everything up perfectly for them to enjoy. With only seaweed and jellyfish in the ocean, the beach was clean and not too crowded, making it a great place to relax and have fun in the sand. Overall, The Island House Hotel a Doubletree by Hilton is a great choice for guests looking for breathtaking beach front views, convenient access to the beach and a location that offers both relaxation and accessibility to surrounding attractions.
