Hôtel Les Orangeries was the first hotel in France to receive the European Ecolabel. It emphasizes organically grown vegetables from its own garden or local producers for its refined gourmet seasonal cuisine. The land surrounding the hotel is a protected nature reserve, and it was also the first French restaurant to be named the Most Responsible Restaurant by the UK-based Sustainable Restaurant Association.
