The peaceful locale, combined with the convenient access to local amenities, makes it a favored destination. Guests frequently praise the friendly and helpful staff, who contribute notably to the positive experience, whether at reception or in the dining areas.
The hotel's breakfast experience is generally well-received, with an adequate and varied selection that satisfies most guests. While there is room for improvement in terms of additional sweet pastries and fresher fruit, the overall quality of meals, including dinner, is praised for its excellent taste and diversity. Despite some feedback regarding limited food variety and repetitiveness at dinner, the well-prepared dishes and attentive service at the restaurant are appreciated.
Rooms at Ensana Splendid are described as clean and well-equipped, though showing signs of age with outdated furnishings and a lack of air conditioning. This does not detract significantly from the comfort provided by excellent mattresses and a friendly atmosphere. The hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness, contributing to a positive impression despite isolated lapses in room cleaning.
The hotel’s variety of pool options is another highlight, with indoor and outdoor facilities that are spacious, warm, and clean, offering guests a relaxing swimming experience. While occasionally crowded, these pools contribute to a pleasant stay.
The bedding generally receives praise for comfort, with many guests enjoying restful sleep on high-quality mattresses, despite occasional reports of uncomfortable pillows and infrequent linen changes.
The all-inclusive package presents a mixed experience, with many guests enjoying the variety and taste of the food, although some are disappointed by the early evening cut-off times and additional charges for certain drinks.
