All the personnel is helpful and accommodating and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The availability, kindness and helpfulness of the staff is unparalleled and they will take care of anything you need. However, there was one negative review about the owner being unpleasant. But overall, the staff at Ermis Suites is very friendly and the guests appreciate their kind and welcoming attitude.
