This 750-acre estate is Green Globe certified since 2021 and operates as an organic farm. Its heating and hot water systems are 100% fueled by solar panels and wood-chip fired boilers, using timber from the estate's forests. The property utilizes filtered harvested rainwater for gardens, and natural and manmade lakes for farmland irrigation, having successfully experimented with swales to retain rainwater and prevent soil erosion. Renovations were performed using environmentally friendly products like locally sourced stone, organic plasters, and eco-paints. It features two electric vehicle charging points and produces organic ingredients for its restaurant and toiletries from its own farm and bee colonies.
