Dinner experiences are mixed, with occasional praise for the food quality and service, yet some guests find the menu lacking and service inconsistent.
Rooms at the resort offer captivating lake views and are spacious and quiet, contributing to restful stays. Housekeeping services are variable, with some rooms impeccably clean while others might face neglect.
Staff members at Lakeway Resort & Spa are often recognized for their exceptional service, with individuals such as Elvis, Kim, and Lori receiving special mentions for their dedication to guest satisfaction.
