From beauty therapist Naomi's incredible massages to Mei zu's wonderful treatments, the spa experience was unreal. The facilities themselves are also top-notch with some guests saying it's the nicest spa they've ever used. You can take advantage of the spa at a discounted price and with plenty of character, it's well worth a visit. There's even an outdoor spa with a beautiful view. While the spa booking process could improve and some guests encountered rude staff members, overall the spa and treatments were outstanding. Just be aware that availability may be limited and some guests felt rushed during the Rasul Ritual Spa Day. Additionally, while the spa changing rooms were generally very clean, some guests commented on the low standard of products. But with such a fabulous spa in a peaceful and relaxing location, we're sure you'll love staying at Lodore Falls Hotel & Spa.
