Its proximity to the train station and convenient parking adds to its accessibility, inviting visitors to explore charming streets and local eateries with ease. While the building's exterior may be dated, the friendly and helpful staff help create a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere, contributing to a largely positive experience. Guests commend the hotel’s value for money, especially the rich breakfast offerings that provide a hearty start to the day, featuring a wide selection of homemade goods and fresh produce despite minor suggestions for greater variety.
Accommodations at Hotel Cristallo are generally regarded as clean and spacious, reflecting a strong commitment to hygiene and guest comfort. Recent renovations, particularly in bathrooms, have enhanced the experience, although there is acknowledgment that some rooms and amenities could benefit from updates.
