Located in a stunning landscape, 5Miglia Hotel & Spa stands out for its prime location, exceptional service and beautiful surroundings. The hotel is ideally situated near Monte Pratello base station and ski lifts, making it highly convenient for skiing enthusiasts, while its strategic position also allows easy access to nearby towns and local attractions. Families appreciate the additional convenience of a reliable shuttle service and a welcoming atmosphere. Guests frequently commend the broadly hospitable and clean structure, suggesting that the hotel’s quality often exceeds its official three-star rating.
The breakfast at 5Miglia Hotel & Spa wins substantial praise for its variety and abundance with a well-stocked buffet and attentive service enhancing the morning experience. However, some guests noted room for improvement regarding breakfast organization and quality. Dinner experiences are mixed; while some guests enjoy the menu, others find the quality inconsistent, highlighting issues such as pre-made foods and cold servings. This suggests that elevating the dinner service could significantly enrich the overall guest experience.
The hotel's rooms are widely recognized for their cleanliness with spacious and functional layouts that cater to most guests' needs. However, the décor and furnishings are somewhat dated with mentions of worn items and a 1970s style that could benefit from modernization. Issues such as poor lighting and the lack of air conditioning were also noted, pointing to areas for potential improvement.
Cleanliness extends beyond the rooms to encompass the entire hotel, including the spa facilities. Guests frequently highlight the pristine condition and inviting atmosphere with minor critiques regarding bed arrangements. Many reviews emphasize the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff, describing them as welcoming, kind and exceptionally attentive, which significantly enhances the guest experience.
The spa is a standout feature, praised for its excellent services, cleanliness and professional staff. Although some mention the additional cost, many find the relaxing atmosphere and high-quality treatments to be well worth it. The spa’s adult-only policy helps maintain a serene environment, complementing other amenities like the swimming pool and playgrounds.
Suited for families, the hotel offers a range of activities for children including a well-managed miniclub, a fenced playground and a baby club. These amenities, coupled with entertainment options for kids, make the hotel an excellent choice for family vacations.
Regarding the beds, feedback is mixed. While some guests find the beds very comfortable, others report discomfort, citing narrow single beds and hard mattresses. This variability suggests that guests’ experiences with the beds can be inconsistent.
Overall, 5Miglia Hotel & Spa is highly regarded for its excellent location, cleanliness, friendly staff and family-friendly amenities with some areas like dinner service and room updates flagged for potential enhancement to further uplift guest satisfaction.

While the breakfast experience has its merits with some appreciating the rich, diverse spread of homemade products, there is a consensus that the variety and quality of the offerings could be improved. The dinner service, on the other hand, tends to be less satisfactory with reports of limited choices, pre-cooked meals and service delays, suggesting that the evening dining experience does not quite meet expectations.
The rooms at Park Hotel are generally well-received, noted for their cleanliness, spaciousness and recent renovations. Many offer beautiful lake views from balconies, enhancing the serene, cozy ambiance. However, some rooms lack basic amenities like air conditioning and fridges and a few are smaller and outdated.
The staff at Park Hotel is commonly described as kind, helpful and friendly, although there are occasional mentions of less welcoming interactions. The pool receives accolades for its size, beauty and safety features, though some guests report it can feel cold and over-chlorinated at times.
Parking at Park Hotel is another highlight, praised for its convenience and ample space, although it can sometimes be occupied by event attendees.
