Molton Brown toiletries are a nice touch, but some guests found the cleaning could have been better and there were charges on check-out that were not theirs. Also, some felt that the prices for drinks were too high at the bar. The balcony railings wobbled, which didn't make them feel safe for children. While one guest called it the "worst place on Ibiza," most found the hotel to be fantastic, although some felt that it definitely wasn't a true 5-star hotel. Overall, guests felt that the hotel was a solid 4-star and while there wasn't always a sit-down restaurant open, the personal service was top-notch. That being said, there were complaints about lack of towels at the pool and restrictive access to certain areas of the hotel for paying guests. Finally, while some guests felt it wasn't worth the 5-star rating, others felt it surpassed their expectations and fell in love with the hotel, returning multiple times.

While a few guests questioned if the hotel was truly five-star worthy with some minor grievances, the vast majority of visitors couldn't recommend the hotel enough, calling it a magical and tranquil paradise with excellent breakfast options and exceptional service.
