The hotel is clean and located in a very nice area. The staff, though a bit impersonal and detached, is accommodating. Some guests suggested that the hotel could improve its services by providing more information about places to visit and by offering pick-up services for luggage. Breakfast was average and below expectations compared to other four-star hotels in Greece. The hotel's location is very nice, however, some guests found it inconvenient that they had to exit the main building to access the reception, breakfast room and pool. Despite these minor issues, guests enjoyed their stay and appreciated the hotel's clean, spacious and cozy environment.
