Indian Wells Resort Hotel offers a budget-friendly stay with room rates that appeal to travelers looking to save on costs. As a three-star establishment, the service provided aligns well with its rating and it can be considered good value for money. Despite the affordability, the hotel's amenities fall short in some areas. The property's facilities and furnishings are notably outdated with dated appliances and furniture that could benefit from refurbishment.
The hotel's atmosphere feels akin to a high-class motel rather than a luxury resort and several guests have remarked that the experience is basic at best, akin to lower-end hotels such as Motel 6. Additionally, the resort charges additional fees for amenities such as parking and resort services, which seem high given the overall experience.
While the rooms are budget-friendly, they suffer from some discomforts like small beds, inadequate pillows and a lack of in-room facilities such as microwaves. The property itself is described as old and it appears that the common sentiment among guests is that the hotel requires significant updating, especially given the nightly rate.
Overall, Indian Wells Resort Hotel can be a good choice for those looking for an economical stay and who prioritize cost over luxury and modern amenities. However, travelers should set appropriate expectations regarding the dated condition of the facilities and the added fees for basic services.
