While some guests were able to easily find parking around the area, others found the cost of the parking to be too high and felt that it should have been complimentary. In addition, some guests were disappointed that they were not informed of the parking charges until check-out. On the positive side, some guests were content with the underground parking provided at the hotel. However, a few guests ran into issues when trying to temporarily park in front of the hotel to load their luggage.
