DoubleTree by Hilton Dartford Bridge presents a somewhat mixed experience according to guest reviews. While some guests describe it as a standard DoubleTree Hilton hotel, offering some comfort reflective of the brand, others express disappointment with its four-star rating. The facilities appear to be worn and not up to expectations for a hotel in this category, with specific criticisms directed at the spa area being notably unclean and poorly maintained. Despite these issues, there are mentions of it being a top-notch hotel in a convenient location away from the hustle of London, suggesting it provides some appeal for those seeking a quieter stay. However, overall impressions indicate that it falls short of delivering a consistent four-star experience.
