The wellness and food at the hotel are top-notch too, creating a homely atmosphere that makes guests feel like they are among family members. Unfortunately, the spa center's views are nothing special - average at best. Despite this, the spa is still magic, wonderful to relax in and a pleasure to stay in. There's an immense SPA Oasis where guests enjoy different ambiances and multiple options to cater to various guests' preferences. Visitors appreciate the Spas Splashy ambiance, which puts guests in the mood for the proper palace experience. However, some guests feel that the spa's acoustics aren't perfect and there should be more rigorous control of the COVID-19 safety protocols. Guests should be mindful of Spa crowding though and Restaurant service, which some guests feel needs substantial improvement.
