The breakfast experience at PP Residency has had mixed reviews with some guests enjoying the simple yet superb offerings, while others expressed disappointment over the variety and freshness. The dinner service similarly received mixed feedback with praise for the taste yet critiques over limited menu options and occasional closure of the restaurant, suggesting room for enhancement particularly in menu diversity and meal availability.
Room cleanliness and spaciousness are highly commended, contributing significantly to guests' comfort. The newness of the building and budget-friendly facilities are well-liked, although there have been occasional reports of small pest issues and smaller-than-expected lifts.
