The pool is small but clean and pretty and guests enjoyed relaxing by the pool during their stay. Location

Hotel Casa Leona is in a newly built and excellent location, surrounded by a lovely and quiet area. It is a short walk away from the lively town center, which is easy and safe to access either by foot or complimentary bike. The hotel's location is perfect distance from the beach and there are many options of food close by. Guests love the location, as it is very close to all the shops and restaurants, while being away from the downtown area. Walking to the beach may feel a bit long, but it is only 10 minutes away. Some guests would have preferred to be closer to the beach, but appreciated the great location, which was not in the middle of everything, but very close. Hotel Casa Leona also offers a best price vs value option and the location is considered magnificent and ideal, being only a few minutes walk from the center of Tamarindo, where the first shops, restaurants and bars are and very close to the beach.

Breakfast

Hotel Casa Leona offers a typical breakfast that is nothing short of amazing with many options for guests to choose from. The breakfast is included in the stay and is absolutely delicious with some guests even claiming it to be the best they have ever had at any hotel. The staff is lauded for serving an excellent breakfast and there are even great vegan options for guests. Guests can enjoy various delicious breakfast options that are well portioned. Some guests found the portions to be too small, but overall, the breakfasts were tasty and abundant. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and they will make an incredible made-to-order breakfast. Overall, the breakfast at Hotel Casa Leona is amazing and is not to be missed during your stay.
