Summary of reviews related to the '4 Star' categoryHotel Penzance Harbour View offers a very good standard that many guests rave about. While some guests were disappointed and expected better from a supposed four-star hotel, majority had exceptional experiences. The breakfast was not included in some cases and the menu and dishes were not up to a 4* standard for some guests. However, the hotel provides great facilities and services that are more 3* than 4* in some opinions.
