Families with kids will love the paradise-like environment and there's something for everyone—from swimming to massages. The therme is beautiful and well-maintained with plenty of useful information available at each pool. Connecting directly to the hotel, the spa area boasts a small swimming pool on the fourth floor and the thermal baths are easily accessible via a covered walkway. What's more, the food is top-class and the spa amenities include little touches such as welcome drinks, afternoon tea and individually adjustable room temperatures. The best part? The stay includes unlimited entry to the new thermal bath area, which is vast, quiet and perfect for ensuring safe social distancing during COVID-19. The only downside is that some visitors found the spa and the therme disappointing with unchlorinated water and unpleasant algae and odor. However, these reviews are few and far between and the hotel has recently undergone renovations to address these issues. Overall, if you're looking for an unforgettable spa experience, Thermal Hotel Balance Lenti won't disappoint.
