The hotel is centrally located right between Tulum Centro and Tulum beach and is only a few minutes via scooter to both locations. Although away from party zones and restaurants, the location is superb and a beautiful place to retreat. Guests recommend renting a motorbike if you stay here, but expect to pay a minimum of $30 a day just to eat. However, some guests warn that amenities are limited and you need to be prepared for anything because you are not close to anything if you need something. The hotel is secluded and not close to the beach, but it’s a little far from the beach and city. Some guests have had trouble finding the hotel because of the horrible roads with potholes, but it’s located just a couple of minutes from either the town or beach area. The hotel is situated in the middle of the resort in the beautiful jungle, making it a perfect location for nature lovers. However, due to the busy road, it’s not good to cycle after dark. Guests recommend having a car to stay here as the hotel is a bit far from the city and the beach, but some guests think it’s the perfect location in the jungle.
