We accept pets below 10kg, only in room, not in pubblic areas.
For pets different by dogs, it is necessary to share the information with the Hotel during the booking process, in order to clarify the kind of pet and if it is possible for the Hotel to accept it.
Dog Kits are available at a charge, providing:
• steel bowl for water decorated with paws,
• food pot with cheerful decorations,
• plastic placemat,
• a tasty welcome biscuit,
• a comfortable dog bed of 90 cm with washable cover,
• hygienic mats and disposable linen (depending on the dog),
• sanitary bags for walking around the old town with your four-legged friend.
Any damage to the furnishing or the content of the room, provided by a pet, is considered clients responsibility and will be calculated and charged accordingly to the extent of the damage.
