Some guests had their grandkids joining them and reported that the hotel was great for their needs. The pool and common areas are beautiful and spacious which is perfect for families with kids. Although some had an unexpected surprise of being stuck in a 1 bed king with 3 kids and my wife and myself, it still did not hinder them from having a wonderful stay at the hotel.

Reservation kings beware: the reservation was for FOUR but the hotel has a perfect spot that will come in handy for you like in the case of one guest who said that their son had a blast. Overall, families who stayed at the Omni Shoreham Hotel had a great time, as the facilities were wonderful especially for a family. It's a great place to stay with kids and we recommend it to parents who are looking for a family-friendly hotel in DC.
