What is the history of the property?
The history of the house probably dates back to the middle of the 13th century, in the southeast wing, the Gothic layout is preserved to the first floor. Until 1576, when it was bought by Jří Šampach, it belonged to the Dominican monastery. In 1689, the building was damaged by a French fire, its restoration did not occur until before 1726. During the 18th century, modifications were made of a utilitarian nature.

The south street façade is divided by cornices with profiling and pierced by combined windows with a striped shambrana and rectangular cut-out shapes in the parapet, on its left side there is a sandstone portal with a compressed arch and a top arch. The façade of Řásnovka is divided only by strip shambrans and irregularly placed windows. In the south-eastern wing, there are also rolled angled vaults.
