Guests have reported that their stay exceeded expectations and provided them with the most amazing experience. The service and hospitality from the staff have been exceptional and highly recommended for families, couples and honeymooners. The hotel offers fantastic facilities like beautiful restaurants, tennis courts and gyms, which need some improvement in terms of timing. The scenic beauty of the property is worth every penny spent and it's one of the best holiday locations along with the best beach. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, creating a relaxing stay. The breakfast served is excellent and the chef is fantastic. However, guests have reported that the Italian restaurant was closed and cocktails were pretty ordinary and disappointing. The hotel needs to enforce wearing of masks and social distancing. Guests were pleased with how well-maintained and beautiful the Leela Goa is, while some reported that it needs a lot of work to be a five-star hotel. Overall, it was a wonderful family getaway and guests would love to return soon.
