For those who don't like the beach, there are four pools to enjoy and many guests loved having a poolside room on the ground floor. While limited sun umbrellas were mentioned, the pool area was mostly praised as superb with comfy lounge beds, lovely drinks area and immaculate surrounds. The hotel and pool were described as extremely clean and the grounds were seen as a quiet haven even when the pools were not very full. The pool water was exceptionally cold for some, but others appreciated the fact that with three pools, it was possible to go for a quiet swim without being next to another basin where children were splashing about. The pool area was also considered a plus in this time of COVID-19 as the three pools provided the distancing necessary to feel safe. Some suggestions for improvement included investing in better loungers, replacing damaged umbrellas and expanding the menu for children. Despite these minor drawbacks, guests were largely impressed by the outside space and pools, which were seen as a highlight of the hotel along with its location, tranquility and trendy design.
