The hotel offers different levels of rooms, including executive double rooms at a higher price than standard ones. The breakfast is good and the rooms are clean, but some guests found the room standard to be more like a three-star than a four-star. However, a requested room change was no problem. A few guests were disappointed about the absence of bathrobes and slippers in a four-star hotel. Despite these minor issues, the hotel's fantastic location is praised by guests again and again.
