While some guests were disappointed and felt it wasn't up to four star standard, others thought it was very good and appreciated the professional service. However, one let-down was the breakfast, which some found appaling with sausages that tasted like rubber and plastic, dry hashbrowns and poor fruit selections. Overall, the hotel is considered a beautiful location, although some guests wouldn't classify it as a four star hotel.
