The staff are so sweet and so friendly and really go above and beyond to make sure that everyone, big or small, has the best time possible.
Rooms in the family-oriented facilities are near the Kids Club, making it safe for kids, while the rooms themselves are well-appointed and comfortable with options for larger families like two-bedroom apartments. There are four different kinds of pool, offering something for every age group and the resort even has its own buggy to take you to different areas of the resort. The location is very good and it has lots of activities for kids, but it's on the more expensive side of Bali.
While some guests would like to see more kid-friendly options on the restaurant menus, kids eat free and the family-friendly amenities and activities make it the perfect place if traveling with children. It's a great family resort made up of a family resort and sister adult resort 150 meters apart and it's the real paradise for families. In fact, some guests even called it the best Ritz Kids and a toller kids club. Although some found the kids club needed improvement for children over 6 years old, it was still convenient for children of all ages. And don't worry if you're a single or couple without kids - The Ritz-Carlton Bali is family and baby friendly but not hostile to you either! You'll love the variety of pools, including the fun kid's pool slide. Unfortunately, some non-English speaking guests found that there were no facilities for family vacations. The only downside is that Sofitel is not well-prepared for families with toddlers, as kids over 2 years old are made to wear masks at the kids club at all times except when eating. All in all, if you're looking for an excellent property to leisure with your family, this is an awesome place to stay. Our guests who stayed in the prestige king suite with a plunge pool enjoyed the entire week playing in the pool with their girls (11 and 6) and baby cousin.
