The inclusion of a complimentary breakfast, often unlisted on booking sites, delights guests with its simple yet satisfying offerings, adding significant value to their experience. Personal touches such as breakfast served by the host and accessible kitchen facilities contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, making it a charming option for travelers seeking comfort.
Room accommodations are praised for their cleanliness, air conditioning, and private bathroom facilities, although room size and the absence of windows may not meet everyone's preferences. While some maintenance issues, like noise and occasional cockroach sightings, are noted, the beds provide comfort for restful short stays.
Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with rooms and dining areas generally considered clean and comfortable, featuring shiny floors and friendly staff. However, certain areas, including bathrooms, require better upkeep to address mold and odors.
Staff at Magabelle Guesthouse are celebrated for their friendliness and accommodating nature. The owner garners praise for hospitality, enhancing the overall guest experience. While some hygiene standards need attention, the staff's efforts in providing a complementary breakfast and flexibility in handling requests contribute positively.
