However, the hotel can become very crowded and it can be difficult to find available beds near the pool due to staff not collecting towels promptly. The hotel has excellent facilities, but some guests mentioned that the children's playground requires maintenance and the cleaning staff did not always keep areas clean. The hotel also has multiple bars and great shows, including water polo and aerobics. Guests can order drinks and treats including ice cream at various bars throughout the property. Overall, the Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort does many things well, making for a comfortably enjoyable stay.

Nonetheless, the pool bar with all-day drinks and ice cream was a highlight for many and the indoor and outdoor pool area was quite lovely. Overall, the hotel offers large and clean swimming pools with plenty of fun activities for families with kids during the day.
