The Rowhill Grange Hotel & Utopia Spa is a luxurious hotel with outstanding facilities, including a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi pool that are next level. Some guests didn't like that the use of the pool and sauna wasn't included in the room price. In addition, the pools in the spa were actually quite cold and some guests noticed that the ceiling panels were coming down and tiles off the wall in the spa area. Still, many guests thought that the pool facilities were fantastic and they enjoyed using the pool and the bathroom. On the other hand, some guests paid an extra £40 for using the swimming pool for only one hour, which they found rushed. Half of the umbrellas outside on the terrace were broken. Despite these complaints, one guest noted that the pool area was good, as was the afternoon tea.
