Despite the busy road, guests are pleasantly surprised by the quietness, especially in inner courtyard-facing rooms. The welcoming atmosphere is enhanced by warm and friendly staff, although the surrounding area does lack shopping and dining options. Guests particularly appreciate outdoor breakfast seating in good weather, despite potential road noise concerns.
The breakfast buffet consistently garners high praise for its lavish and diverse presentation, which includes an array of options such as Prosecco, salmon, and fresh fruits, surpassing offerings at some larger hotels. While suggestions for improvement include more frequent food replenishment and clearer instructions for using the coffee machine, the breakfast experience remains well-regarded for its rich taste and excellent presentation.
Dinner at the brasserie fulfills gourmet promises, providing an enticing and upscale menu that delights guests with its array of flavors. The dining experience, especially outdoors, is frequently praised for its quality and satisfaction, despite isolated mentions of price concerns. Guests often return for multiple dinners, attesting to its consistent culinary excellence.
Rooms at Freigeist are noted for their spaciousness and inviting decor, providing comfort at a reasonable price. Guests appreciate the cleanliness and thoughtful furnishings, which enhance the cozy atmosphere of the property. The hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness, with spotless rooms and bathrooms frequently highlighted. The consistent cleanliness extends throughout the hotel, including the restrooms, contributing to a pristine environment. Friendly and pleasant staff further enhance this welcoming atmosphere.
