The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, attentive, friendly and entertaining, making the overall experience delightful. The von Trapp Family Lodge & Resort offers a luxurious spa experience, complete with a relaxing hot tub, indoor and outdoor pools and small family rooms with fireplaces. The beds are spacious, super comfy and very comfortable overall. While there were some minor hiccups, the hotel's cleanliness and attention to detail compensated for any outdated features.
