Parador de La Palma is a stunning hotel with original colonial architecture that transports guests back in time. The hotel has a tranquil and well-tended atmosphere, complete with beautiful gardens. Rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities and are stylishly furnished, ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. The hotel's colonial style and picturesque building make it unique and authentic. Breakfast at the hotel could be better, though and some guests felt they didn't get their money's worth. Despite this, the hotel's potential is evident and with some care and attention, it could become an exceptional four-star hotel. While some guests were disappointed with the lack of German TV channels, the hotel's charm made up for it. The service, in general, was good, though some guests were confused as to why a hotel of this class provided poor service. Although the hotel didn't quite live up to some guests' expectations of a Parador, it is still a great option for tourists visiting the island, though there are hotels with better services available at this price point.
