The pool facilities were great and guests enjoyed using the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and whirlpool. However, some guests noted the pool and jacuzzi were a bit chilly. The pool area could get busy, especially with children who loved swimming and all the hotel facilities. Some guests specifically loved the lodge and the pool. Overall, the leisure facilities were excellent, including the good gym and pool. Additionally, the spa and pool were lovely and the pool was even noted as the warmest some guests had ever been in. Guests have access to a nice pool, sauna and jacuzzi, however, some were disappointed to find the jacuzzi out of order upon arrival. The pool and facilities are great, but some guests wished the pool could have been warmer. Despite this, many enjoyed a lovely swim in the morning and appreciated the added bonus of the nice pool. The cleanliness of the pool was noted, although a few guests found ring pulls off of cans at the bottom. Families with children liked the shallow end and everyone appreciated the staff who were helpful. Overall, guests had a great time using the pool and gym which were easy to use and appreciated the convenient location of the hotel. Show more
