Despite one guest finding the pool too cold, the majority seemed to enjoy it. Some negative comments about a dirty edge of the pool and broken lockers were mentioned, but overall guests were pleased with the hotel's pool and other amenities such as a fitness room. Unfortunately, due to arriving late for the Carnaval du Soleil event, one guest wasn't able to take advantage of the pool. The only other criticism was that the pool's opening hours were limited with it closing as early as 5 pm on Sundays.
